Description
On Project 1999 he is located in the Northwestern room on the 2nd floor, on the upper part of the balcony the spawn closest to the stairs. The room has three spawns which appear to be on 22 minute timers. He shares a place holder with a skeletal monk. Has a pet and casts necromancer spells.
