Unlike Fury, Frenzy, and Rage, three earlier self only shaman spells, this one does NOT drain mana rapidly, making this an actual viable spell that might get cast now and then. It does however prevent casting spells for 30 seconds.
Prevents the three previous mentioned spells and Fleeting Fury from sticking.
If for some reason you don't have max wisdom at level 59 or 60, you can pair this with Mortal Deftness and Manicial Strength and Focus of Spirit for 194 bonus Dex and a whopping 219 bonus strength, and use your maxed out str/dex for blacksmithing and fletching respectively.
