Description
Mooto spawns near the goblin camps outside of Runnyeye Citadel. A goblin shaman, a goblin warrior, and a goblin alchemist are placeholders.
He periodically runs from goblin camp to goblin camp, buffing and assisting other goblins as he goes.
Occasionally he will drop a totem with +5hp, possibly another minor item.
