A small faction for citizens of Qeynos. Killing beggars in the sewers lowers this faction.
Possibly redundant with Citizens of Qeynos, or is this its own faction? This is its own faction of a handful of NPCs that are in Qeynos, including Menkes Tabolet and doing his quests will raise this faction. Edvard Tommels can be killed to increase this faction and is also apart of said faction.
