Followers of Cazic-Thule fear their Lord and believe in understand the "bounty" of fear. Many Lizardman tribes believe that by causing terror in others they will be spared of his vengeful wrath. They strive to beat down and uplift all of hope. Understanding fear rules their lives and through fear, they rule the lives of others.
