Walkthrough
Hail Seloxia Punox and he will say that he has a little test for the young warrior. He wants you to deliver a report to Ambassador K'rynn in the Ogre city of Oggok. Tell him you will venture to Oggok and he gives you a note.
Take it to K'ryn (yes it is spelled differently) for some xp and change. He spawns near the Shaman's Guild, and is not always there. I am told that he spawns at 10:00 a.m. game time and stays for about 2 hours.
He will then give you a report to deliver back to Seloxia. He will reward you with a minor item.
