I have my doubts that this is possible to be crafted with blacksmithing. i removed:
|playercrafted = * Blacksmithing (Trivial: 88?)
from article. my reasoning is the only merchant i can find information on that is suppose to sell the lock pick molds is not in east freeport on p99.

Kunark vendors selling Lockpicks
I found Dran Hieth sold lockpicks in FV by accident. If anyone sees another vendor selling lockpicks in the Overthere or elsewhere please update the wiki :)
