Description
The Lich of Miragul wanders the underground caves in Everfrost and is generally KoS.
As part of the FA quest, paladins have someone charm the Lich of Miragul turn in Miragul's phylactery, which spawns the true Miragul (53 Necro).
The true Miragul then drops the following quest items.
