Description
This NPC is a source of instant free Iksar Necro faction Brood of Kotiz just say 'I am a great sorcerer'. Even a KOS monk with Sneak can do this to get faction but he still aggros so would need to FD each time.
This worked on a human bard, but did not work on an amiable Iksar shaman when tried a couple of days apart. My theory was they simply limited this to Necros, and prevented other Iksar classes doing this, forgetting non Iksar classes. However people report using KOS Monks and Iksar can be monks.
