Description

This guy spawns near the entrance to WC inside of Befallen. He has one of the worst spawn times i've seen, looks like it takes about 10hours minimum everytime. I sat here for 12 hours and killed about 20 of his placeholders who spawn about 21 mins apart from eachother, nothing. He didn't spawn once. So if you're gonna camp him for a quest, make sure you talk to the people who were camping him before you and figure out the time spans of spawn. Prepare to be super bored and hate your life if you're camping this guy.
