Primary faction of the Velious dragons and dragonkin which reside in Skyshrine and occupy Cobalt Scar, Western Wastes and the western wings of the Temple of Veeshan. In dragon society, the Claws are more conservative and dovish compared to the Ring of Scale which invade Kunark and threaten the mortal realms. All player characters will begin kill-on-sight to this faction, but may become allies by doing war with the Kromzek.
