The noted NPC Roary Fishpouncer did not respond to this quest after being given the piranha. Text further down shows the name Filpox Fishsticker. I'm not sure which is correct.
Confirmed on Green 8/4/2020 Roary Fishpouncer did respond to the turn-in and gave me the spear. Conned indifferent.
