Walkthrough

Elaend Fe`Dhar is located in a room in the Skyshrine Tower TOP level. First room after you zone into the top after clicking on the SECOND orb. (The room has all 14 armor quest NPCs on Claws of Veeshan faction, he is first on the left side.)

You say, 'Hail, Elaend Fe`Dhar'

Elaend Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek one who calls himself a wizard. What do you call yourself, manling?'

You say, 'I am a wizard'

Elaend Fe`Dhar says 'Excellent. Are you sure enough of your skills to undertake my tasks? If not, get out of my sight!'

You say, 'My skills are enough to undertake your tasks'

Elaend Fe`Dhar says 'I thought so. One should never back down from a challenge. Once you have completed them I will have a cap, a robe, sleeves, wristbands, gloves, leggings and boots.'

Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar, and The Wakening Land. Tattered silk armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan.

Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience, and faction.

Cap

You say, 'What cap?'

Elaend Fe`Dhar says 'For you to receive my gift, I shall require a tattered silk turban and three crushed flame opals.'

Return with a Tattered Silk Turban and three Crushed Flame Opals.

Robe

You say, 'What robe?'

Elaend Fe`Dhar says 'This exquisite robe shall be yours in exchange for a tattered silk robe and three pristine emeralds'

Sleeves

You say, 'What sleeves?'

Elaend Fe`Dhar says 'For these durable sleeves, you must fetch me a pair of tattered silk sleeves and a set of three flawed topaz.'

Elaend Fe`Dhar says 'The crafting of this wristguard requires that you bring me a tattered silk wristband and three crushed onyx sapphires.'
