Basics
Jewelcrafting allows you to make various rings, earrings and other items. Some of these creations are popular and over the long run jewelcrafting can be a good source of income. However, jewelry making can be very expensive to skill up: getting to skill level 162 (needed for the Runed Coldain Prayer Shawl) can cost upwards of three thousand platinum pieces. Only enchanted versions have any bonus statistics. Jewelry Making is really a skill best left for Enchanters because they are the only class that can enchant metal bars.
Metals
There are currently four types of of metal bars.
Enchanters can enchant these bars.
Gems
Mob drop gems produce some of the highest end jewelry:
- Black Pearl
- Jacinth
- Black Sapphire
- Diamond
- Blue Diamond (Note: All BD combines disabled until ~1 month after Velious [1])
Merchant sold gems are many (not listed here, yet).
Items
Coming Soon: costs to make each jewelry item. In the meantime you can use this handy table to calculate them yourself:
Alchemy • Baking • Blacksmithing • Brewing • Fletching • Jewelcrafting
