Description
Alternative way to obtain the Red Dragon Scale. Procs Deadly Lifetap (1500hp frontal cone lifetap, same as VS). Boon of the Garou proc and lifetaps were resisted; possibly immune to lifetaps. Sunstrike and other wizard nukes landed, concussion resisted. Shaman ice nukes land as well. Runs at low hp. Will social with nearby mobs.
