Vendors may provide some of your tools, however the adept caster will need to go explore Norrath to find the secret technique's to fully unlock their potential.

I decided to make this guide as I could find no where that it explains what "Kunark Level 50+ Mob Drop" actually meant. Does it mean spells over level 50, or have to kill mobs over level 50, or was it just a catch all to mean a spell that is dropped by a mob.
