Walkthrough
After returning the Spell Book to Tergon, he tells you about another quest:
- "Now I have news of a larger matter. It has to do with a [defector]. It seems a gnome magician by the name of Toko Binlittle has gone and left the guild. He joined forces with the Pirates of Gunthak. Find him. He must be destroyed."
The 'defector' is Toko Binlittle, who is located on the Pirate Island in the Ocean of Tears.
Kill him and bring back his head (he drops A Teir`Dal Head for some reason) and you will receive an Elemental Grimoire, which is used for magician research.
Need all dialogues, current faction hits, /loc of quest mobs, in-game name and lore for quest item.
