Value to Magicians and Non-Magicians
Obviously the main beneficiary of these items are Magicians, who will likely want to acquire all four. Each item effectively raises any pets generated from the item's element by one level in power.
However, even non-Magician pet classes (eg. Necromancers, Shaman) may wish to acquire one of these items. This is because, even though these items may only be wielded by Magicians, non-Magicians can right-click them from inventory to get instant and mana-free Reclaim Energy.
