Description
Turn in guy for Coldain Ring War. There was an update in February/March 2021 that made this quest mob spawn anywhere around the hut at Sentry Badain Center (-1086, 140) 
(-1086, 140). This was implemented as a way to reduce the clickfest on the turn-in for Ring 10 and to avoid people from being able to use autoclickers. There is also an unconfirmed rumor that the actual respawn time is actually 77 +/- 3 hours (due to a a very long list of spawns happening in the last 6 hours of 72 +/- 8 hours).
