Claws of Veeshan

Primary faction of the Velious dragons and dragonkin which reside in Skyshrine and occupy Cobalt Scar, Western Wastes and the western wings of the Temple of Veeshan. In dragon society, the Claws are more conservative and dovish compared to the Ring of Scale which invaded Kunark and threaten the mortal realms. All player characters will begin kill-on-sight to this faction, but may become allies by doing war with the Kromzek.
Dragons on this faction have a disdain for Elementals. Enchanters looking to roam the Western Wastes under an illusion should take extra precautions; I was taken from Kindly to Indifferent under an Air Elemental illusion.
One popular way to raise this faction, practiced by all major raiding guilds, is to hold "faction pulls", where a number of giants (around twelve) are pulled from an area with especially high faction mobs. When a faction pull occurs (and often several occur each day), members of the guild, or anyone else present, can help kill the mass of pulled giants to quickly gain a large amount of CoV faction.
