Official Project 1999 Timeline

The following timeline was generously provided by the staff (see [1]). While their plans can change at any time, it is expected that Green will follow this timeline.

NOTE: Keep in mind that this does not follow the Patch Notes page exactly, as the original live developers were a bit less organized, and would sometimes release multiple patches in a month (which Project 1999 then combines into a monthly patch).

Nilbog's timeline is the official timeline and may not align with the 1999-onward patch note timeline [2]

Timeline notes are being populated via information from archives see [3] and see [4]. Timeline notes are intended to be accurate based upon these sources, and other sources utilized will be linked within the note. Patch changes may be added to notes even though they do not apply to Green server. Some classic features came later than on Green, such as auto-meditate when 35+ and sitting as a caster class. We may see these changes follow a classic timeline on future iterations of these servers.
