Regren is located at 352, 269, 77 inside the Emerald Warriors Guild. This quest can be completed at Apprehensive faction.

Edit: 3/12/2021 as a halfling rogue at apprehensive, he ate my items.

Regren says, 'Welcome, ______! Show the Emerald Warriors your mettle and bring me a ruined wolf pelt, some bat fur, some bone chips, and a spiderling eye from the depths of Greater Faydark. If you succeed, my admiration and a reward will be yours. To battle!'

Hand Regren one each of a Ruined Wolf Pelt, Bat Fur, Bone Chips, and a Spiderling Eye.
