Walkthrough
This quest begins with Qarrgy Scallopgobbler on the beach of Cobalt Scar. He is an otter located at -800, -400.
Bring him the following items in exchange for a Sea Dragonscale Bracer:
- Ornately Runed Shell Necklace (rare drop from neriad weavers in Siren's Grotto)
- Sea Dragon Scales (dropped by Kelorek`Dar)
- Fine Plate Bracer (168 trivial blacksmith combine)
(Dialogue, etc needed).
