I will craft other materials as well when they are available.'

Emerald Dragon Scales drop from Wuoshi in the Wakening Land. Ulthork Tusks drop from various ulthorks in Siren's Grotto and Eastern Wastes. The unstained Fine Plate Breastplate is crafted. Hand in the three items:
