The King of Thieves
Followers of Bristlebane believe in having fun at the expense of nearly all else. Bards, Rogues, jesters, gamblers and gypsies are all typical followers. They are almost always very charming, clever and witty: traits all his followers should strive to possess. Mischief in all its forms is encouraged. Practical jokes are performed as if they were the highest rituals. Very few of his followers are outright wicked in their desires, but it is best to keep at least one eye on your purse if they are about. And never let one deal you a hand of King's Court.
Followers of Bristlebane
Bristlebane's home is the Plane of Mischief, where he can occasionally be heard to shout from some secret location, and rumors swirl about where and when and how he may or may not make appearances. It is not entirely clear whether any of the Denizens of Mischief are there because they are his followers, or whether they simply act out various roles in some kind of play that they have been tricked into performing for his amusement.
Bristlebane is the creator of the race of Halflings, which some consider to be one of the bigger jokes ever played on the inhabitants of Norrath, and perhaps on Halflings most of all. Some Halflings find it funny to call themselves his followers, and the Priests of Mischief claim not to follow anyone else, but for the most part Bristlebane seems to much prefer Rogues and Bards regardless of race. For these reasons and many more, it is impossible to determine whether Halfling Rogues of Bristlebane are his most earnest dupes or his most boring sycophants.
The only other group that even pretends to be loyal to Bristlebane are a tiny minority of the least trustworthy Gnomes. Since Gnomes were never very trustworthy to begin with, it goes without saying that they do not take responsibility for running their own guild, but instead mooch off the Gnomish followers of Brell Serelis, becoming almost indistinguishable from them.
