A paladin only skill which grants an instant heal equal to roughly 32 x the paladin's level to a single target, with a 72 minute recast timer.

Once used the Ability key will not display the cooldown correctly. You can reset it by zoning or camping and then it will display correctly.

If used on you:You feel a healing touch. If used on others: Someone feels a healing touch.
