Everquest p99 green is a PvE server. As such, competition amongst players is centralized around achievement. Because of this, some of the most significant achievement milestones are measured in Server Firsts. These milestones mark either substantial serverwide progress or personal accomplishment by individuals and their respective guilds.

Please note that the following list is not comprehensive; it is a snapshot of well-known milestones recalled from classic-live gameplay in regards to achievements which were hailed as "Game-Changers."
